Privacy Policy for Provider Stores (provider.sg)

This Privacy Policy explains how Provider Stores ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore ("PDPA").

By conducting transactions, making applications, or providing information to the Company, you agree that the Company may store, process, disclose and use data collected from you for the purposes of processing your Request and delivering Goods.
We collect unique and personally identifiable data including, but not limited to:
- Full name and Identification numbers (NRIC/FIN/Passport)
- Residential, billing, and delivery addresses
- Contact details (Mobile number, email)
- Transaction and payment history
By providing this information, you consent to all terms and conditions relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of such information in accordance with these Privacy Terms.
2. Marketing and Do Not Call (DNC) Provisions
You hereby consent to receiving information about new products, special offers, and promotions the Company may have from time to time, or otherwise for marketing purposes, using all of the communication means provided to the Company including:
- Voice calls and SMS
- WhatsApp and MMS
- Email or other digital modes of communication
DNC Register: This consent applies notwithstanding that your address, contact numbers, and other coordinates are or will be listed on the “Do Not Call Register” maintained by the Personal Data Protection Commission. This consent may only be withdrawn by serving written notice on the Company; any subsequent listing on the “Do Not Call Register” shall not per se constitute a withdrawal of consent given hereunder.
3. WhatsApp and Meta Usage
Communications: We use your personal information, including your phone number, to communicate via WhatsApp for order updates, customer support, and marketing (if consented). You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
Compliance: We do not share your data with third parties for advertising and comply strictly with Meta’s policies and all applicable data protection laws in Singapore.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
I agree that personal information may be shared with current or future Company entities or subsidiaries, including without limitation our business partners and financial institutions, from time to time.
I understand that in limited circumstances, the Company may need to share my information with certain third parties (such as logistics or IT providers) to perform services on our behalf.
5. Data Security and Protection
The Company shall take reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personally identifiable information transmitted and to protect it from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
6. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Request access to a copy of your personal data held by us.
- Request the correction or update of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Withdraw consent for specific processing activities (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).
